Nothing, normally.
I usually get up around 4:45 A.M. or so to exercise, and go for a jog.
*After that, I clean up, hop on my motorcycle and go to work (35-45 minute commute).
*After that, I lift weights at school for about 30 minutes (I teach high school P.E.).
Class has been in session for the past two hours, and I'm SOOOO HUNGRY!
