There are ingredients in these drinks that a plant needs, yes. However there are 2 problems with them:
1. They are not complete (they lack many of the macro- or micronutrients that plants need. And
2. They contain things that can encourage fungal diseases (especially in the soil) or poor health caused by the wrong pH around the roots.

Your best be it to use a complete fertilizer, like miracle grow, if you want a liquid fertilizer.

If this is for a science project you'll just have to treat the plants and record your results and then draw your own conclusions.

I don't know about any of those, but I know of several species of plants that love coffee. I imagine its the caffieine, but I think the sugar in the drinks mentioned above (except milk) would be a problem.

wouldn't use any of them. none provide a lot of what plants need. Gatorade contains salt that can damage roots.

fertilize and water. That's all.

no those all have sugar and will cause a mold to grow on your soil.
