my approach:
a) chemical property = magnesium chloride yields molten and cholrine cgas
physical property = electric current, molten, gas chlorine
b) chemical property = none
physical property = iron forms reddish and crumbly rust

Just a correction in b) because the formation of reddish rust is a chemical property due to oxidation of iron by oxygen.

I think the rest of statements is right.

rusting is an oxidation reaction. you can't reverse it by changing something like temperature. it takes a lot of effort to go back to the unrusted state
