The 2-3-2 format saved Miami's a$$ last year. Their sub-par performance this year makes that fact very clear.

1. You don't miss 35+ games for out-patient knee surgery. Shaq your being lazy. Your such a pre-madonna, now.

2. You don't abandon your team for things you should of taken care of in off-season. Your team, and the real Miami fans know the reason why you left Pat and I have to say you are a disgrace for it.

3. You don't bring back two dead weights. Payton and Zo should have been put to sleep this year. They are old, tired, and slow and holding back the team. They showed this last year. Why bring them back? Riley, you know you made a fatal error here.

4.Poor management resulted in chaos this year. I blame Pat Riley fully for not developing a back bone to kill Payton and Zo and not trading off Walker.

***You know you f***ed up, Riles, thats why you left.

"I was a Heat fan last year. Yeah, last year when Miami actually TRIED to play some basketball.

Their problem is that they can't thrive on just one great player forever. They would be nothing without Wade. They wouldn't have won last year without him. So you can't just pinpoint Payton and Mourning. Those two are holding them back just as badly as the other twelve players are. Without him, they would be an old, staggering and effortless team. And it's not Shaq's fault that he ended up missing so many games. It has nothing to do with him being "lazy" since I'm sure it wasn't his choice to out for so long.

Riley is an idiot though. Can't disagree with you there.

They aren't a bad team, but they don't try hard enough. And it's not just this season. They didn't try as hard as they could have last year either.

you're getting ahead of yourself! should I remind you of the talented teams that dallas has to get by in their own western conference first such as the phoenix suns who are currently the hottest team in the nba? your prediction is so far off. washington will represent the east this year. you will be a disappointed soul when neither of your picks ends up where you thought.

I think Wade should be traded to a better team--staying on the Heat makes him look bad when its only his teammates that suck

All good points. Dallas was better and played fairer. Dirk Nowitzki should have been MVP.
