Girl, you are too young to use make up.

Well I would try also using a powder style foundation. Maybe you could start with using an eyeshawdow as your eyeliner, of course that would be on the outside of the rim of your eye. It does give you a little softer look. You could try it on top at the lash line, then you could try it underneath your bottom lashes.

After you get used to that, then you can always experiment with liner on the inside rim. Also there are special brushes made now, just for applying eyeliner. So have to make the line very thin to make it look good. Same with the eyeshadow, and you can always wet the brush for more intensity.

There is a good bronzer from "Laura Geller" that is available at Sephora it is baked with several colors to get a soft look. Try taking a look at Sephora.com.

eyeliner-
use brown or black and use sparingly!
put on a THIN line across the top of your eyelashes (practically touching the lashes). Start from the outside, and thin it out to a stopping point a little bit past the middle of the eyelid. You don't want the eyeliner to show too much!

bronzer-

use just a little bit across your cheekbones, across the forehead (close to your hairline). a smidge on your nose, and slightly brush it across your jawline and chin. If your face doesn't blend well with your neck, than you are using too much!

The best eyeliner rule is to apply a thin line right along your lash line. Since you are young I would not recommend that you use eyeliner on your lower eyelid but just along the top. Use a creamy one like Cover Girl Perfect Point or check out one of Cliniques many varieties (Clinique is my favorite). I don't recommend a pencil because it can be tricky same goes for liquid.

with eyeliner the key is to keep practicing!
as your young you should try different things to see what suits you best and you can practice liner to make your eyes appear bigger/smaller!
try using a liquid liner on your top lid-apply before mascara-always! :) tilt your head head back slightly in the mirror and apply it lightly following your eyeliner-staying close to your lashes!
don't add too much pressure as it will be thick and look awful!
and bronzer is lovely, why don't you get a nice one with a sheen/glow and gently sweep over your cheeks, or for a full sun kissed look gently sweep all over :) remember...practice makes perfect :)

just so know, what u r wearing is perfect fro your age...but i will help...If your liner looks silly, invest in an angled brush...$13 at shoppers drug mart, made by QUO, it will last for ever...then choose an eyeshadow and use the brush to apply it, it will give u a much softer look and that is all u need...if u use anymore than it it will look to made up for your age, it wont look good...hope this helps and good luck
oh and as for a bronzer, they r not cheep, but Quo also carries a good one for your age, apply it very lightly or u will look orange, and a pply it on the raised areas of your face, across the forhead, cheekbones, chin and brush slightly up the sides of the noes...in an E shape....good luck

To make your liner easier to apply, and look more natural try using a dark eyeshadow and applying it as liner with a small tipped sponge applicator/fine stiff brush.

As far as bronzer try to mix it with your blush. If you have clear skin (no scars) try to use a bronze shimmer. If you have any scars on your face stay way from the shimmer, it will settle in your scars and make them more obvious.

If this is you, try using a bronzed tinted moisturizer instead. If it is too dark try toning it down with mroe moisturizer.

Goodluck.

For now, stay away from the eyeliner. It probably looks silly because you don't need it. As for bronzer, use it lightly on your cheeks, tip of nose, and bottom of your chin.

don't use a heavy eyeliner like the liquid ones use a pencil. still not sure go to the makeup counters in boots or department stores get them to give you a makeover sometimes you have to pay. then they will work out what is right for your skin. and give tips on how to apply

I have two daughters the 16 yr.old says that eye liner is tricky, if wore in and all around eye, She says the pot heads do this , to make eyes whiter. I say middle eye to tip. top and bottom.(half way) not in your eye. Or don't even wear it. GOD BLESS
