Wow, for once on answers I like all the names that the person recommends!

I like both middle names but why don't you join them together to make Ann-Marie or Marie-Ann? They are both really pretty names and having a double-barreled middle name is unusual but really cool!

Natalie Ann or Natalie Paige- I love the name Natalie. I think Natalie in works but since one of your other suggestions was Paige, I think that it's very pretty

Natalie and Sarina are cute respectable names. Caitlyn is cute too but for like a little girl, i can't picture a woman named that. Maybe that would work as a middle name.
