As far as India is concerned.. Calling from PC to PC is free.. So u can yo what ever software you want to call..Skype, Gtalk, Yahoo.. etc.. But for making calls to landlines/mobiles inside India, you cant use the Internet.. Anything that uses the medium of telephone operators cant be free.. ISD Calls can be done.. provide you pay the service tax to the Govt.. Like what Sify does..

you can use skype or yahoo messenger. If pc to pc, they are free. if pc to phone, it cost some but still very cheap. The quality is good as long as you have a high speed internet.

that all depends on what service you are using. skype for instance lets you call other users of skype for free over the internet but charges you for making calls to real world phones. Typically these charges are well below the prices of making calls though your normal phone line (partically for international calls)

If you use an instant messenger, such as yahoo, and the party you want to talk to, also has to have the same one, and be online when you are. Then you can talk for free, using your headphones, and your mic..good luck..

making calls through headphones obviously will not cost you ....like you can fully utilize softwares like gtalk and yahoo n can talk for how much ever time you want....i always do video chatting with my brother too..its free of cost

hai,you can use "Internet calls" Software.Just download it to your computer.IF u want to talk inside Europe and to america , it is absolutely free of charge. But , once the free minutes are completed..you have to buy the credit .
