I thank so ,they both be the best with any sign but I don't know be case I never date a Libra or Aquarius and I'm a Taurus. And I have some friends that is Libra and Aquarius they are very cool and fun people to be with.

They are supposed to make an excellent couple.... but I'm a Libra and things didn't work out quite so well with the Aquarius I was with for a while. But I also don't exactly fit the Libra persona...

Yes, especially if the Aquarian is a female and the Libra is a male.
The reason for this is, Libras are generally single minded determined people, and Aquarians, although they don't like to be controlled & manipulated, they indrectly manipulate their partners. Thus, the Libra woman is not likely to let the aquarian man manipulate her which can cause friction, but yet still these two can make it. They both are turned off by too much drama and emotion, so their arguments shouldn't be too dramatic unless something really bad happens. But regardless of which sex is under which sign, they are under what astrology calls the 5-10 sun-sign-pattern, which is very compatable.

It depends.If they are the same kind of animal,eg if they can both swim and breath under water,then yes.But if the one lives on land,and the other in the sky or the sea,then they will get divorced.It works pretty much the same as for us humans.
