but i'm trying to lose weight. i figured if i exercies alot and don't eat a lot, it could possibly happen. what can i do to get my mind of food. my stomach really hurts.

umm eat fruit....or drink a lot of water....don't starv urself

I'm 14, and when i was 12, i weighed 160 lbs. i was REALLY unhappy with myelf and my body, so I set my mind to losing weight. keep this in mind MODERATION. eat WHATEVER you want, just in moderation, don't have 6 handfuls of chips, one or two would be sufficient. Also, you may want to start yourself on a daily vitamin so that your body is getting the nutrients it needs to grow and jumpstart your metabolism. Another thing, exercise IS the key here, and I'm not talking "go to the gym all day" kind of exercise. Run around, goof off, do low impact aerobics at the house, things like that so you aren't focusing so much on "wow this is tedious" it will slowly come. Also, about the food part? Well slowly "wean" yourself off of eating so much. A large contributor to overweight people is that they eat until they are full, or stuffed. Only eat until you are satiated, and also, if your schedule permits it, eat 6 small meals a day, instead of the 3 square meals you are accustomed to...eating more often, but less will give your body the energy it needs for that fast metabolism you're sure to acquire, and also to exercise regularly!!! It worked for me, and I'm sure it can work for anyone else, too!!! I'm now 5'6'' and weigh 140 lbs...not the ideal weight for myself, but it's coming ^_^!!!!

Don't do that...just eat healthier. DO NOT DO WHAT CELEBRITIES DO! It is dangerous. I'm trying to lose weight, but it is a known fact that skinnier people eat more than overweight people. Try metabolism boosting foods like eggs or granola. Buy organic foods, and don't buy so many candies and stuff. Just buy healthier food, and then the junk food won't be in the cabinet and you won't be so tempted to eat it. Go join a gym or run a few laps a day...but it is easier to do it with a friend.

Ask your mother to take you to a doctor. Or failing same, you could talk to a nutritionist. When you are going on any kind of a diet, you really need to get the approval of your doctor. You don't say how many pounds you want to lose, but that has a lot to do with it also. Whatever you do, see a doctor first.

Try eating low calorie food, like jello, fruits, slim fast if you like chololate. Eat low cal stuff when you are really hungry, lots of water. Start eating a little less each day instead of going straight to a starvation diet.

you need to eat 6 small meals a day. when hungry grab an apple or a banana. eat healthy. eat right and excercise. also cut out sugary foods and caffiene

first off thats not healthy at all you need to at least take in 1400 calories a day drink lots of water and eat saltine crackers that will fill you up

um sweety you have to eat if you want the energy to work out alot. it's just what you eat that matters if your hungry eat an apple or rice cakes or something of that nature

starches turn into fat. dont eat bread or potatoes. this means chips!! no sanwiches or burgers!! no soda! just juices and water! but eat everything else. eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.. i lost 30lbs in one month!! try it.

Don't starve yourself, exercise and eat fruits and veggies hollywood people are fake and there is computer and airbrushing.
