Is he only meeting the people who "live" inside the Green Zone? I find it unlikely the Secret Service would authorize his movement outside the secure zone. They probably have fits when he just lands in Iraq.

Because he is not about to back up his actions..just like those kids that will bring along a bunch of friends and tell you "I'm gonna kick your ***." But in reality, if they were all alone, they wouldn't say a word.
