A900 error code?

I am trying to download a ring tone to my A900 (through Sprint) and I keep getting the error message 950. Anyone have a clue? The ringtone is a Mp3 format

That means Unit not Online..not online, can't download.

call customer service from a landline or another cell phone so they can walk you through the steps on how to fix problem
