How on club penguin we can get clothes if we are not a member, and when to get them will you tell me please?

i am a member of cp since a month but except the pirate cap santa accesories i can` get any clothes why?

You have to be a member and on the other side there is hacking tools but these are illegal and will get you banned for 72 hours and forever so just buy another membership.

you must be a member to buy clothes to your pinguin.
