Yes I have. Pennies are more abundant, but quarters are a rare find. I usually find 'em in the change dispensers of vending machines or phones. God bless the absent minded who forget things!

Many a time. Once I found one in a parking lot that was frozen to the pavement and I spent a good minute prying it up. My favorite ones to find are in the washing machine. The laundry Gods are good to me sometimes, especially when I get paper money!
