If you're in the U.S. and if your divorce isn't final and he got married again, he has a null and void marriage because bigamy is illegal in the U.S.

Somebody had better tell him because his new "spouse" won't be entitled to any benefits of marriage, etc.

Maybe he is the one who married my wife. We are still married too. I feel very lucky that he took her off my hands. Maybe now I can find a real non-cheating faithful wife, but not one that is married to someone else. I hope they are happy.

Perhaps if you check with the county clerks office under the freedom of information act and request proof of his marriage, get a certified copy of then you may take it to the district attorney if in fact it is true. Show them a copy of your marriage license along with the new one and explain the is an absence of divorce decree. Then file a criminal complaint for bigamy. If you are afraid to use your name tell the clerk you are the one he allegedly married and use her name and say you would like a certified copy of our marriage license. It will cost you less than $20.00. Good luck! Please don't take him back, I don't want my wife back.
