for computer specialist out there......?

my computer sucks and i have a zune. we have some movies already on a mpeg4 size but the zune program is not recognizing them on the library. also my computer is not letting me convert my movies into mpeg4 size. any suggestions?

i did go there i have a converter but it wont reconize the files and when i did the encryptor we got it on the computer and it wouldnt convert the movie. so my nxt door neighbor brought ovr his back up drive and had some movies already converted. we put those in a file and that worked fine. but when i opened it in the zune program it plays the movie on the computer because its the default but i cant find the movie in my library so i can sync it

download a free file converting program from download.com to convert any video file to MP4 formate.
