I hated two vegetables as a kid. One was asparagus and the other was brussel sprouts both out of the can. I now love fresh steamed asparagus (i.e., crunchy texture) with a steak. However, I still gag when eating brussels sprouts. It doesn't matter if it is fresh or out of a can.

Hm. I've always liked veggies. I can't think of any I hated. I wasn't extremely enthusiastic about lettuce and now I like it very much.

I don't eat any of the ones I didn't eat when I was a kid. Unless tomato soup counts.
