If your husband did 'marry again' while still married to you, he is a 'bigamist' ... and that is a 'criminal offense' ... but how do you KNOW that he has not 'divorced you' in another state (by 'printing the notice' in some small newspaper far from where you live, he could actually do this without you finding out) ... so I'd 'think hard about any consequences' to any 'investigation' that you do/have done. WHY are you 'still married' to him? Did you have 'hope' of getting back together with him, or were you simply 'holding on' because you expected to get 'more money or goods' from him, or what? Are you READY to go through all of the 'embarassment' getting his 'possible re-marriage' investigated and tried in a court of law? Yes, YOUR embarassment, not HIS, because 'you' will be the one that the reporters will want to talk to, and that can be 'extremely embarassing' even if you have done NOTHING WRONG and are only his 'unsuspecting victim' ...
So, my answer is 'think hard' and if you do 'want to do something about this' then BE PREPARED TO HAVE TO GO TO COURT AND TESTIFY AGAINST HIM, hire a good Private Investigator, and let that P.I. 'do ALL the dirty work' for you.

Check the public records where this event is alleged to have occurred. His supposed new bride needs to know she does not have a valid marriage.
Also make sure he did not get a divorce without your knowledge. You would not be the first spouse who was deceived.
WOW a thumbs down for a truthful answer. I guess that shows me I shouldn't have spent 8 years working in a law office!!!

Legally, you can't be married to 2 people at the same time. So even if he went through a ceremony it is illegitimate and he is still married to you.

Most states have laws against marrying more than one person, I doubt it. How 'bout not worrying about it and if you guys are truly finished, gettin' a divorce?

If he did, it's public record. You can go to your local court house and check the marriage licenses. If he did remarry without being divorced, then you should file a police report. He may be guilty of fraud if he lied to the other woman. She has a right to know and to protect herself.

If he did it's not legal. Maybe your source got facts mixed up and he's planning on getting married again.

are you living together? I assume not, ask around where he lives. Call all of the loal ministers or the Justice of the peace, etc... Ask if they perfomed a ceremony.... Who says he is remarried? Are there any witnesses? You can find out...

Check the clerk of the court's web site wherever you live and see if he has applied for and filed a new marriage license.

checking the records in court might work, or simply just asking him, I know he probably will stay no, but he can't really be legally married to two people if it is in USA
