well... u can do many things,,, that depends on whether u r talking about s-e-x or not?
A - If not, then basically u can do subtle thingz that show that u care, a surprise outing to his favourite place, a surprise gathering of his best friends, u can prepare his favourite meal, sing his favourite song, not always say no, be open minded, be creative , show him new things and take him to new places. For example, if he likes football, and there's a match over the next few days, suprise him with tickets, only the two of u ,, or with friends.... or to a party of a fav. band... and so on.
B - If s-e--x is involved, always keep him on the edge of his seat. Dont give it all to him, but dont keep him waiting for too long, or he'll walk out. Subtle thingz such as kissing, cuddling and hugging, although guys sound like its not their type of thing, they really love them. If ur talking about the *other thingz* well... I can't judge, but if u feel he needs to let off some heat, give him a b-J or show him your room... u know wut to do ;)

Dump him and then go out with me. He might act unhappy at first, but if he really loves you, he will be happy that you are going out with the best. j/k
You know, if you want to make him happy that should be good enough for him. Most guys really enjoy little trivial gestures of love. Just treat him good if he's good to you and that will prove to be enough.
