Ok, I have 2 places in mind.
1. Westin Stamford @ City Hall, Equinox I think..you can dine at the helipad. What ways nicer to spend V day than seeing Singapore sights?
2. The secret garden near bugis. It's a rather romantic place itself. Tucked away between 2 buildings, the atmosphere is nice and cosy. Ambience is two hands up. Have a candlelight dinner there!

Well you should go to Au Jardins at Botanical Gardens. ITs is simply Divine and has a really nice food and a very romantic setting or you can go to the Flutes@Fort Canning, another restaurant near greenenry and have a very nice romantic feeling to it.
