Is it because they hope to have a better chance of winning, even if it includes people who need permission from a court to even play the game?

It might be because Chicago is a big city. The criminals on the team can hang around the seedier parts of the city . It's harder for these criminals to hide or get what they need in a smaller football market.

All teams have at least one player on their team with questionable character. It's just the way the world is nowadays. Too bad though it makes a parents job very hard to explain to children that some people live with very little or no consequences. Unfortunately that's not how the real world is. For the rest of us we do have to be held accountable for our own actions.

eh, i guess they looked at what happened to the bengals...9 crimminals in 9 months. look at where they are now

besides all nfl teams have players on their team that have done somthing "criminal"
