I would say watching and being with my kids as they grow up and being there for my husband when he is at home! I love to be home with my family:)

Being able to spend every single day with my cute little daughter rather than have to put her into a daycare with a bunch of strangers.

The work uniform: whatever you feel like. Spending time with the kids for important bonding. Monitor what behaviors your kids learn. Saves money (don't have to pay for daycare, gas to commute to work, clothes for work).
