David Price, a 6'6" lefty pitcher from Vanderbilt, is considered to be a lock for one of the top spots, and could possibly be the first selection.

Joe Savery, a 1B/lefty pitcher from Rice, will be eligible and should go very early. He was previously drafted by the Dodgers, but chose college instead of jumping from high school to pro ball. Good move, since he'll go from a 14th-round choice to a top-5 guy.

The top position guy is probably Georgia Tech's Matt Wieters, a switch-hitting catcher.
