It worked last night. I know the battery is dead (and you cant run it without the adapter) but it wont turn on with the adapter either. The green light shows that the adapter is functioning but the green light on the front of the laptop wont light up and it wont turn on...

It's very simple to fix, may i ask how long you use the adapter for or in other words did you leave the adapter in for at leats an hour? You probably didnt which means that it hasent charged enough to open so plug in the adapter for atleast an hour and it should work if not call your computer help services as they will tell you exactly what to do. Remember: Your computer takes more power to open then it does to run.

Pull out your battery,and the reinstall your battery.Then see if it will take a charge.After about 1 hour try turning it on.It should work.

There may be an internal problem. You should call the company that its from to see whats wrong.

see if your laptop has somesort of 'hold' button on it that you'd inegaged. If that's not it you need to take the thing in to get fixed.

Maybe its hibernating find the hibernating button on the keyboard...
