I am throwing my 13 year old son a suprise super bowl party - any games or ideas for games we can play that will not interfere with the game?

I would recommend against games. Just have plenty of food. The game is all the entertainment the kids will want.

Super Bowl pools - like the score grid, guess the over under, guess the first commercial, etc etc. Build it around the game and commercials.

You could make up a bingo game with words that the announcers will use...touchdown, interception, pigskin, etc. That way they'll pay attention but still have fun.
