Some people don't require as much sleep as others. That's just a fact. But, if you a feeling tired during the day...you might be needing more sleep. Do you take a nap during the day? Do you have a regular bedtime? Do you drink alot of caffeine? I would look to your regular habits and try to determine if any of those are causing your problem. I personally only require 6 hours of sleep and have for many years. Hope you solve the issue. Good Luck!

If you exercise regularly and eat right the body doesnt need anymore than 6 hrs of sleep each night. If you sleep 6 hrs and feel rested youre probably doing something right, so you should get up and start your day while the rest of the lazy people are still trying to get 2 more hrs of sleep!

They say that a body needs at least 8 hours of sleep per night. Things that can happen when you don't get anough sleep, are having constant fatigue all of the time, it can also make you sick.

But also, some people can survive on only 6 hours of sleep a night. so who knows.....maybe you are one of those people!

If your body seems tired and some nights you are sleeping several hours longer, then your average sleep time is not enough. It can result in a poorer immune system when one has to catch up on sleep. Just before your day to catch up, bam, you get a cold or other sickness! A more balanced sleeping habit gives a stronger immune system and who wants to be sick? All of us have a variable sleeping time and catch up but the fewer we have the stronger our system to fight disease. Earl
