Because I think all in all people like Bill more than they do Hillary.
The best thing about the Clintons is Bill and just his comic appearance although it has diminished since his health troubles.
People combine names of two good things or people they love because they either make one good force together or they just act so similar that there is barely a difference but the name.
Bill and Hill are totally different and the thing that people would want to see more than a woman Pres. is the first, First Gentleman of the USA be Bill Clinton.

George Bush was the first president to address a female speaker of the House, and he will be the first president to pass the office of president to a female too.
I guess Bush really does support equal rights for women!
