I am also female, but I dont really know her and she has one of those bamboo blind when her light is on you can see straight into her bedroom. How can I tell her. I think she lives with her sister do you think I should tell her.

I would quietly mention it to the sister perhaps.....that way, when the sister tells her, it won't be quite so embarrasing.
Just casually mention that with the lights on, her sister might want to have something additional over her window at night.

You would be doing her a favor. Go next door and tell her that you've felt weird telling her this but that she should know her bamboo blinds don't work and she is plainly visible at night when the light is on. Also tell her you don't stand there watching her but you can't help notice.
If you're just not comfortable speaking to her, tell her sister. You KNOW her sister will tell HER.

Dont say anything at all if you can help it unless you have kids in the house who might be seeing this sort of thing.It must be embarrassing for you though and even more for her if you have to tell her.Some woman just aint bothered what they are showing off these days which i think is awful.Noone wants to have to face this.You could make things worse telling her,she might start arguments and make life hell.Plenty of neighbours like that.
What you could do is maybe post a note through her door rather than make her feel humiliated but make it annonymous.

Yes - as she probably doesn't realize how those bamboo blinds are so transparent when a light is on. Do her the favor - before some man attacks her after watching her for days on end.

Yeah just go over there one day when you know she's home and tell her from the point of view of: I just thought you should know. Handle it maturely and out of concern for her privacy and she should be thankful. As much as I would love to look out my window and see a girl changing her clothes it's probably not the safest thing for her that anyone on the street can see her. There's a lot of weirdos out there.

Yes. you could pop over and say, I hope you won't be offended but I live opposite and you can see through those bamboo blinds.

I would let her know. Because, there are a lot of perverts out and about, in several places, and you wouldn't want her being a victum of a peeping tom and having someone stalk her or something. So I think it's best that you tell her. If you don't want to confront her yourself, leave a note in the mailbox or something.

just tell her. she probably doesnt realise you can see in her room when the lights on. Most people think once they put a curtain or blind up nobody can see in and would be embarrassed to find out everyone can.

Yes, you should definitely tell her. Wouldn't you want to know? If you are too embarrassed to tell her face to face then just slip a note under her door. She will probably be appreciative for the information.

Pop a letter through her door and let her know, if you can still see her after that she's obviously an exhibitionist and you need to shut your blinds!
