K I work at a school pub where there's a bar area and a food area-

on the schedual there is a security guard tonight

7:30pm-close Andrew (security) and at the food schedual there is:

8pm-11pm Nichole (Merch)

what does Merch mean?

It may stand for Merchant (as in Food Merchant).

Maybe it's Nichole's last name. Or someone has mis-spelled March.
