my friend's birthday party is coming, so i plan to decorate the place with balloon. but if i use the normal air to blow up the balloon it will sink down to the ground and it will not be romantic anymore. so if anyone know how to those gases(e.g. which company loan those gas etc) please reply me as soon as possible. thanks

Get into the Yellow Pages and look up Gas suppliers. Those that deal in bottled gas. Welding gas suppliers have all kind of gas. They usually have the gas you need and rent you the regulator you will need to fill balloons..

Wal-mart sells a small helium balloon kit, and it should say on the kit how many it fills.

You could also ask local florists, they ususally have balloon stuff.
