well i don't know about verizons customer service but sprints sucks and i wouldn't use them

I've had no problems with Verizon customer service; they've always been really helpful and polite.

I've had excellent experiences with Verizon. However T-Mobile has the worst coverage on the face of the earth. I might as well have two two cans and a string.

No, I have'nt. Maybe they just couldn't help you with the problem you had or maybe you were a little too snippy.
Next time you call ask to speak to the supervisor that always helps.

nope.. the reps that i talk to are nice.. there are only like 15.. but they are all nice.. but they are the reps for employees.. i havent actually talked to the reps that you would talk to for customers.. but they are all nice.. and i am also nice..
