to teachers, principals and other district employees?

The policy at most schools is zero tollerance for bullies yet the adults seem to be the biggest offenders. Shouldn't they be held to the same standards?

Adults should be held at a higher standard so yes they should be made in to examples for the children

no, kids need to be tought respect and thats a 2 way thing.
strick ness dose nothing. i know im still there
you need to be fun, and to be able to have a laugh
but need to set boreder lines
and if ones crossed then it should be punished strrickly
zero tollorence is basicaly saying that teachers must be repected but the kids can be ignored. and thats no lesson, thats arogance.
respect the kids and try to get the kids to respect you. thats the way forward. im there:) ive done it and seen the difrence
