You'd be seated in one of the upper rings, and not on the floor with the groundlings. You would hear a lot of verbal responses to the action on the stage-audiences were not polite back then-you would see other nobility. You would get jokes and references to history and mythology that the lower class audience members may or may not get because of your better education.

You would eat oranges and peanuts, and you'd see the actors play many different characters each. You would hear Elizabethan pronunciation, which was kind of like how we imagine Pirates talking.

"Noaw is the winn-turr of ourr discontent mayde glourious summerr bye this son of Yorrk..."

It would be dusty, and loud and raucous and fun.

You should try to rent a DVD of Laurence Olivier's film of "Henry V," which offers a really excellent depiction of what it must have been like to attend a live performance at the Globe.
