My last period was on December 29th and I have a normal cycle. I was due for my next period on the 26th and so far have had nothing, which for me is so not normal, because my period is no where near being silent. Anyway I have been having extreme fatigue, A cramp in my left side which is nowhere near what I feel for period cramps, bad back pain, and an increased appetite for fast food. I just took a pregnancy test about an hour ago and it showed negative, but I have never felt like this before. Oh and I am on birth control but I am always very regular. Could I be prego or am I just losing my mind??

If you think there is a possibility of pregnancy, stop taking the birth control. Your symptoms are ones that I have experienced during my two previous pregnancy's. If your periods are usually normal and regular, I would look into seeing a doc since you are late. Women that take birth control can get pregnant, but not as likely as a women not taking it. A negative test is always possible in early pregnancy even if you are pregnant. When I say stop taking the birth control I mean until you make sure you are not pregnant, in case the birth control could cause pregnancy complications and defects.

Absence of menstruation or irregularity not always is a sign of pregnancy. Some times is stress related or other illness that are showing first signs like fibroid in the uterus.
I know it is the only thing you can think about but wait for few more days and if nothing happens, go see your Dr.
Sometimes the thyroid makes a mess of our regularity and there is nothing wrong with our uterus. If you recently changed your birth control pills...it might be an effect of that.Don't panic. You will be OK.

cravings and cramps were some early signs for me. I also had sore boobs and frequent urination. Wait a few days and take a sensitive pregnancy test if your period doesn't arrive.

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.

In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/34n1k

Sounds like your losing your mind to me, because cravings and cramps are not a sign of early pregnancy.... however, i'm not a doctor. You need to have a blood test if you're concerned, a missed period can be a sign of all sorts of things, not just pregnancy.
