Please don't answer if you don't have their lifetime records, which I cannot find.

In their prime I pick McEnroe. At least I liked watching him more both for the fiery effort and the offensive play verse Connors and Lendl who were more baseline players.

I would say that McEnroe, when he was at his best, was the best of all 3. But, in terms of having a consistent, successful career, I would rank them....
1) Jimmy Connors
2) Ivan Lendl
3) John McEnroe

I don't know what their lifetime records are against each other, but it can be found on the ATP website. I'm guessing Lendl probably has the best record because he is the youngest.

In their prime, after having watched all of them play, Lendl would whip Connors! He would no doubt have a much tougher time with J.Mac though! Being left handed and very fast closing the net off McEnroe would keep it very close. On grass Mac would win 8 out of 10 matches. On clay Lendl would win 10 out of 10!
As good as Connors' return of serve was, he would be no match for Lendl's penetrating ground strokes!
So who would be the best..........surely not Connors!
Lendl....but not by much!
