It depends. I prefer someone who's quiet and shy when we meet for the first time and at the beginning - I'm uncomfortable when around people who are too comfortable... But once you get to know people, like my friends, I prefer them outspoken and outgoing.

Outspoken and outgoing...although my best friend would never be described that way...but she IS that way around me..takes her a while to warm up to people..I jump right in!
