i avent been feeling well i have a sore back and ive got a sore tummy. the tummy has been 4 the last few days the tiredness and sore back only started 2day. its not my period im not due yet 4 a while. any ideas wat it could be or how i can feel betta?

Put a hot water bottle on your tummy, it will feel better. Heat eases pain.Have a hot bath, massage your tummy, gently, you will feel much better, it should ease the back & the tummy ache. Are you in any way stressed or worried about anything, 'cos that could make you feel run down too. Sometimes, even if you ain't due on, your body can react in odd ways, making you feel unwell. xxx

maybe you went from having a bladder infection to a kidney infection? If possible get a urine check. does it hurt when you go to the bathroom at all? any burning, funny smell? A kidney infection can get ugly really quick, so try to get it taken care of if you are showing other symptoms -signs include back, side, and groin pain; urgent, frequent urination; pain or burning during urination; fever; nausea and vomiting; and pus and blood in the urine.
When I get them I'll have to go and then a few minutes later it'll feel like I have to go again, but hardly anything comes out! Its annoying! Sometimes theres no pain at all, just that frequency thing! Hope you are better soon!

I could cure the sore tummy but the back Well I do not know.
Pop in some anti flautelaunt pills for the sore stonmach. The back may get a releif from a hot water bath or massage

I would go see a doctor to see what is going on with you. I had been sick to my stomach and had a pain in back and was tired all the time awhile back, and come to find out, I didn't just have one thing wrong with me I had three. I had a UTI, a Kidney infection, and a cyst on my ovaries. I would contact your medical doctor and tell him how you are feeling. In the end, you will feel much better because you know whats wrong with you and if it's something serious the doctor can prescribe meds for you.

how old are u? is there any possibilities of u being pregnant? u could have an ectopic pregnancy... that causes back pain, and lower stomach pain... usually on one side though...
it could also be the stomach flu, or ur period starting early... either way, u need to get to the doctor and find out if the pain doesn't fade after a few days...

Think you may be sickening for flu or a virus.
Get a good nights sleep every night, plenty of vit c, and paracetamol for the soreness.

Are you having any burning when you pee? Are you peeing more frequently? It sounds like you might have an urinary tract infection. You must go to your doc or clinic and check this out. Untreated, can only get worse.

Maybe you are going to get your period early for some reason, if it keeps up ask your doctor about it, maybe you are getting some type of flu

As someone mention, it might be p.m.s. Are these new & unusual symptoms for you? If they are, it could be something more serious, I would go get a check up with your doc. It would be difficult to diagnose your symptoms.

could be early symptoms of the stomach flu. it will be over in a few days. eat soup.
