If you have shelves you can put tackle boxes up for storage of little knick knacks, use those spinner bait thingys for your shower curtain rings, and maybe small canteens for soaps and bubbles baths?

You can use a picnic basket on the counter, on the floor by the tub, etc to store towels or toiletries.
You can use that thermos to hold mouthwash, cotton balls, or something, making it functional.
Can you mount an oar for a towel bar, a grab bar in the shower?
Camo shower curtain, maybe this is a couple army ponchos or nylon tarps with added grommets. Check out military surplus stores.
Display decoys, fishing reels on shelves.
Store jewelry, cosmetics, or first aid items in a tackle box.
Outer curtain of the shower could be made out of mosquito netting, tie it back with rope.
You could set up a "camp spa" collection on the sink. Instead of makeup, display camo grease paint and sting soothers, instead of perfume, display various scent blockers, doe urine, bug spray. You want this out of the way, but able to see it clearly for a chuckle.
Work fishing hats into the mix somehow. Maybe they can be hung upside down from the ceiling for plants or small bath items.
Blue and white speckled metal cups for toothbrush holder, Qtips, etc.

How about using a creel to hide away a couple of extra rolls of TP? Also, the Terry's Village catalog (it think they're online at a terrysvillage.com, but I'm sure you could find them in a search) has a whole section of decorating pieces that fit the hunting/camping/woodsy theme.
Also, if you like country-ish decorating, it strikes me that outhouses go well with this theme. A good source for nice looking outhouse stuff is the Country Home catalog (also online.)

I have a great idea for a shower curtain. In front of the liner you can use fishing net. I bought one at Walmart in the arts and crafts department. You can use bamboo or even a fishing rod to mount it; just get brackets big enough to hold the rod in place so it won't slip. There's also a great website "collectionsetc.com" that sells everything for $14.99 and under. They have many household items with an outdoors theme that you'd probably enjoy--if not to buy then to get ideas from. Have fun decorating!

If you haven't bought a new toilet yet, here's the plan....
Buy a toilet and paint it with chrome. Send it over to a specialist who can hook up a wicked awsome stereo and some soda can holders. Mount an LCD on the wall so you can play your Wii while you do your stuff...it's a costly adventure--but it will be quite worth it in the end.

You could place a basket with scented pinecones in the bathroom. They have great rustic looking accesories in the Terry's Village catalogs. Look them up online and maybe you could order stuff from there or even just get ideas.

Just go easy on baits, hooks, harpoons and spears in that bathroom of yours. They have the potential to cause bodily harm to an unsuspecting bathroom user who's in a rush.

If you have one of those horribe flat mirrors, you can frame it with grape vine, or old fashioned bamboo style fishing rods. Framing my mirror gave that old flat mirror some punch!
Good luck!
