Oh, you took ALL the hair off, didn't you. Oh, I know you know this now, but never take it all off. Just keep it trimmed well.
Take a cool bath. Just sit there for a bit until it calms down. Don't use anything in the water. When you get out, put on some Vagisil on it. Or antibiotic cream that has "pain reliever" in it. It's actually something that will numb it, like the Vagisil would. If you can't get out, get someone to get it for you. Don't use anything else! I'm telling you, I have been there.

The triple antibiotic ointment is the best treatment. I actually heard this from a friend who is a "dancer". She completely shaves and says to prevent the razor burn, red bumps, and general irritation that she uses Neosporin or Bacitracin, they are the same thing. Also take tylenol or motrin(it is an anti-inflammatory) It will reduce the pain and the swelling. You'll probably be much better by tomorrow. If you decide to do this again, apply the triple antibiotic immediately after shaving/trimming

I know you've said you tried baby rash cream, but there's a cream called Camilosan which helps with various skin complaints, you could try this. I would suggest pain killers if it weren't for the surgery, but they may not be allowed prior to this. Alternatively, if nothing is working, you could just leave it to heal by itself, it will take time but eventually it will, and it shouldn't really interfere with the surgery. Hope this helps.

There is an over the counter medication called Nupercane. Think that's how you spell it.? That will sting a little upon ,application, but it does sooth the area after a short while.Read the label. I think it can be applied to the Labia and Vulva without any problem..Try it..
