I am looking to rent an apartment in Massachusetts. In the Brockton, Bridgewater, Avon, etc area. I have checked in the local paper and searched rent.com and craigslist. Any other ideas???

Hi baseball,
For really hot, desireable areas the landlords will just post a sign outside or in the window of the rental and they get qualified applicants in 2 days. So drive and walk the areas that you want to live and call immediately from your cell phone to the signs that you see. Also call on the houses for sale some of the realtors working in the area are aware of rentals available.

Try a local real estate. often times they have a list of rental properties.
