Lily is pregnant. The baby belongs to Jeffery. I'm not sure why she wasn't in the last episode though. As for Lu.. She got shot and died while on the way to the hospital. An 8 year old boy was gunned down by the police (by mistake) and everyone got mad and started destroying and shooting everything and everyone. Lu went back to the crime scene to find evidence that the boy didn't shoot at the cops and got shot in the abdomen. Jordan and Woody were taking her to the hospital in the medical examiners van when she died. nbc.com should clarify it a little more for you.
