hmm that's a good question. It depends on what bands you consider "nu metal." For instance, any song on Incubus' S.C.I.E.N.C.E. is pretty darn heavy, especially the first 4 (check out Redefine and Vitamin). But then again, some people consider Korn to be a Nu Metal band, so if you count them I'd have to say one of their songs like Faget or Blind is pretty heavy as well. Kudos, interesting question.

Probably something by System of a Down (if you class them as Nu Metal) they scare the pants off me.

I'd say possibly "Blood Pigs" by OTEP. The song is nu metal with some elements of death metal.

If you want to know a very good vocal coach try to visit https://tr.im/g6bfM an online vocal coaching tutorial. Everything, ranging from breathing fundamentals, vocalizing exercises, techniques on singing high and low notes, how to not go off-key/out of tune/off-sync, musicianship and music theory, proper diction and articulation, and a lot more are covered, all in our native language. It can be quite technical in nature, but it really helps since it covers the musical aspect of singing deeply and not just concentrates on how to impress people with your vocal range, riffs and runs and other cliches that do not necessarily make one a complete vocalist.

Not sure how you define 'nu metal' but Ministry's Psalm 69 is nasty in so many ways.

I'm guessing "Solar Flare Homicide" or something else by Emmure, but they are a deathcore fusion. Otherwise, I'd say something by Dir En Grey, but again, they aren't pure nu metal by any means. Something by Slipknot like "sic" or maybe something by Otep like "menocide" I'd say.
