All the above are not always needed in the world now. Cause we have mobile phones which access the internet without modems and it isn't a computer.

Sometimes you can even onnect to the interent through your buddies laptop which means you do not nid a connection to the IAP.

Lastly you can surf the web through other programs like iTunes or real player or windows media player meaning you dont nid a dedicated web browser to surf the net.

are u serious? with different hardware you wouldn't need any of that stuff. I suppose you could argue that you always need some way to connect to the internet and therefore and ISP is always necessary, but your question is the inverse of that.

The IAP is always needed - the others, like clothing for mistress, are optional.
