I've been working at the same restaurant for almost two years and it really sucks. All the employees suck and that whole entire job suck because they treat me like crap. What would be the best solution cuz I really do need money to pay bills and save money for college.

Apply for another job or two?

Maybe one closer to home or school, so you don't hurt your present employer's feelings. Or maybe one closer to the industry you eventually want to work in. The second job may suck, but at least it's a change of scenery.

Until you get another one, try to find one good thing about everyone in your job each day. Or at least one person, one regular customer, one fellow employee, who is halfway decent or interesting.

I am in the same situation as you are. I hate my job and there isn't one day that I feel like getting up to go there. My advice is keep sending resumes and apply to other places. Of course, don't quit your job until you are hired someplace else. If you need to go to an interview on a work day, just say that you are sick or that you are taking a personal day off. Good luck!
