Does anyone have a Motorola Q phone and understand how to put ringtones on it?

I just got mine and can't figure out the ringtones or viewing the AIM or yahoo instant messenger or being able to access my yahoo e-mail. thanks!

When doing a sync with your computer. Click the explore button and copy a song file from your computer to a music file on you device or storage card.

Then from your device go to file manager, go to the file that you save the song or ringtone. When on the file press menu, file, copy to or move to, application data then sounds.

This song or ringtone can now be used when you go into settings then sounds.

---Ringtone---
*Connect your phone to your PC
*In ActiveSync on your PC, click Explore, a window Mobile Device will appear
*Explore your PC, find the mp3 file and right click the mouse to copy
*On the "Mobile Device" window, double click "My Windows Mobile-Based Device
*Put the cursor on "Mobile Device" at left panal, then right click mouse to paste
*Click the Green Sync button on ActiveSync

***On your phone, press start, then go to File Manager
***Scroll down to highlight the Ringtone, click Menu
***Click File
***Click Copy to
***Click Application Data
***scroll down to highlight Sound
***Click Done
Now you may go to Setting to set the ring tone

---Yahoo Messenger---
"Yahoo Go" worked before, but Yahoo now release the "Yahoo Go Beta 2" which is not compatible with The Q yet.

---Yahoo Email---
Press soft button "Start" on the phone.
Then find Internet Explorer and click on that icon
Press the soft button "Menu" on the phone
Click Address Bar
type http://m.yahoo.com
log in to your account.
