My friend and I are thinking of a business where guys can rent babies so they can go to parks as single dads and meet single moms. However, our lawyer says to go with rent-a-puppy instead to avoid legal problems. Does he have his head up his a... or is it really that complicated?!

Sounds like an interesting idea to me. Maybe your firm can adopt all the unwanted babies that the Leftist complain of about their being so many.

What??? No, I think you better listen to your lawyer on this one. Everyone loses if you get caught. The children will be taken from their parents and your customers will likely go to jail. And morally they are lying to the mothers so what are they going to do when they get some action? Put the child in a basket or leave them alone while they get their action. Just say NO.
You want to do this legal then here is what you do.
1st start a child care service.
2nd all customers that want to be involved must have proper training and background checks. Remember they are customers to you but to the parents they are providing a legal service. And you have had the state check and FBI ground checks done to make them legal. This is good so when they have children the training will help them be a better parent.
3rd get prepaid legal service because you will get sued or arrested at some point during your career.
4th get insured to the hilt incase something happens.
5th get huge life insurance policy that covers you so your family can go on with out you. Because if you’re a real man and something happens to one of those kids you won't be able to live with yourself. On the other hand if you’re not a real man then be prepared for one of those kids’ parents that something happed to watch you take your last breath.
6th before you think about this anymore think about what you are doing. You are getting a minor child in to a prostitution ring by using the child, which is paid for, for the sole propose of a man getting laid. The public will have your head. And at some point in time some baby rapist will slip through your paper work leaving you destroyed.
Leave the children alone and just become a pimp and your customers will get laid and you will get paid and the children will be just a little safer.

Now let's get serious here. For one thing a guy doesn't need a baby to go to the park rent him a FOOTBALL, then if that doesn't work there are plenty of dating services on the internet. It is a shame that you would even think of renting babies, what happens when you rent to the wrong guy and he rapes that baby or even kidnaps the baby. Have you thought about that?????

Who in the world would give you their child to rent for the day. If they did the could be charged with child endangerment, that would be a no go on that business idea. Try something else!

I hope your joking because you are responsible for the child all the way. Its a stupid idea considering the how screwed up the world is. You cannot trust the people to not kidnapp the child. Sell some lemonade for money!

heard of slavery anybody????
Anyway, the men wouldn't get very far with the women, since they'd have no baby to back up their story later.
I'm sure I heard this as a joke on a TV show before or a movie???...yah, movie....can't remember the name, but it had Alicia Silverstone and John Cleese in it. Scorched...that was it, quite good actually.

Lawyers aren't dumb when it comes to the law.I think he knows what he's talking about.
Anyhow,do you think a woman would actually stay with a guy when she found out that he had "rented" a baby just to pick up women? That's low.

who on eatrh is gonna sign their babies up for that? unles you start making your own. whatever happened to just having game and not needing to resort to gimmicks. and by the way, babies are cute, but most young firm women want nothing to do with single dads. that chit only works in the movies, do some real life research first....

It's a good thing you aren't serious. There are many child endangerment issues here, as well as mental stability. I think the same goes for puppies!
