I mean is it really because in somesort of twisted way some poeple in the world kiss there butt? We all get up and dressed and go to the bathroom the same way...what makes them think they are all that?

Well...my experience with acting people have been very negative. I dated and even got engaged to an actress but learned the hard way that they have no concepts of reality! She told me that she was in love with me but I have my doubts it was ever real. They believe very differently from you and me. Everything is truly a show and they don't know how to deal with everyday life. Problem solving in the acting community is reserved to how to get onto a new show...they don't know how to forgive and forget. If they cant solve a problem they run for the hills. I was even told by my x-fiance that problems in life are but a choice. What a shallow person to say that even though life gives some of us things that we cannot immediately overcome to just make a decision and make it better...must be just like reading a script. Not to mention that they attach all of their past experiences to the current relationship good and bad and before you know it you are in the next dramatic presentation and you are cast as the villan. You never know when you are going to be the bad guy or girl...the past haunts them and they never accept that they have issues they need to resolve. They just put on a new face/character and move into the next role and pitch the relationship to the wind. Whatever you do...never trust an actor! And most of all never fall in love with one...your heart will get broken and they will move on just like you never existed...so much trash. They can turn off emotions like a light switch...that is how they make their living.

Some do, yes... typically the younger ones.
But I have worked with many celebs who were normal everyday acting people and actually very sweet.
Dick VanDyke was my favorite! He is a really great guy and doesn't ask for special treatment.
It's just like the young newly appointed manager... Doesn't know how to handle the power and becomes a jerk.
Eventually they will mature and grow into it and get over themselves.

i think some are. they need a reality check b/c they defintly wasnt born celebrities. im pretty sure while they were catching hell trying to become famous they werent acting all high and mighty, i bet they kissed acouple of azzez theirselves to become famous but to top it all off, the fans make them famous and they catch hell trying to get an autograph sometimes. yeah some celebs think theyre all that.

They don't all think that, some are really down to earth. There's regular people in this world too, who feel we should cater to them. That's just how life is.

i dont think all celebrities are that way but celebs like paris hilton and lindsay lohan think they are all that just because they are rich and can be on tv, they dont care what people say about them. they just care that there on tv and there rich..........celebs these days. but some celebs are good who maybe adopt orphan kids or give like 1 million to charity and stuff like that. so i guess it depends on which celebrity you are talking about:)
