Hey, I am auditioning for a musical next week. Its a burlesque rock musical. I have been told to prepare something outrageous to audition ( a song and dance) Anyone know any routines that are suitable? I really wanna blow them away.

If you can really sing anything from molon rouge...just whatever you pick don't make it so big that it is out of your range, think about what your range is and stay there....be loud, lot's of gestures, be confident (even if you are not) and know your words inside and out...good luck. break a leg ....

Go retro, and pick a number from the rock musical Hair from the 60's. Awesome music, and you can really let loose with the songs!
Everyone will do "Rocky Horror" because it's an obvious choice. So whatever you pick, be original and stay away from the obvious.
