I have three babies, and I dont think that's too many!! I dont know many people that have more than 2 children anymore (I live in the uk - dont know much about the rest of the world)

There is a mum at the school, who has 5 kids, by 5 different dads, and says she wants more. She is only 26 herself, and obviously isnt working or with any of the dads, so you could say she has too many children. (she is the type that doesnt really look after her kids that well. They are always dirty (and i mean the boys school shirt has ground in dirt)) She doesnt have to pay for any of the school trips, yet her kids go on all of them (though why should the kids miss out?

Not all single mums are like this by any means (I was a single mum for 2 years myself).

So on the whole, No i dont think the majority of mums have too many kids.

It's doubtful. The population of every western European country except Ireland (but it's catching up with the trend) is in freefall and artificially maintained through immigration. I believe Germany is offering financial incentives to women there to have more children.

As for the USA, I hear the trend is the same but I haven't seen the figures. If you are interested to find out ask the confectionary companies which aim their products at under 25s; some are already planning massive changes in production to copewith an ageing market in twenty years plus.

I am currently pregnant with my fourth baby. I don't think I have any more than I should. I am a stay at home mom and my hubby makes enough to support us all. We don't have government assistance of any sort, no medical insurance, food, clothing, housing, etc. We buy all our own stuff. I think it is up to the woman and what she can afford. Just my opinion.

depends on who you ask. Moms who have a lot of babies, that want them they wouldnt think so, it just depends on how many you want, and how many you thinik you can handle.
