Yes, sad but true! They are targeted more than other races unless you live in NM then the hispanics are the targets.

I don't know what you watched, but there is a disproportionate number of black men in jail. Most due to faulty legal counsel and racial prejudice and stereotyping.
There are countless cases of unjust imprisonment, to be later exonerated by DNA testing, the recanting of false testimony, the discovery of new evidence, or the withholding of evidence by the police or prosecution.
I'm Caucasian, but my son was also falsely accused of being a drug dealer a few years ago.
A "good" neighbor saw his friends go around the back of the house and claimed he was dealing drugs out of his bedroom window. The police and DEA came and searched the house.
All it was, was that my son was embarrassed that our house is a mess and asked his friends go in through the back, and not the front or side. The police didn't believe us, filed a report, and put our house under surveillance for a long time thereafter. In addition, whenever anything suspicious happened in the neighborhood, guess who the police questioned.
This "good neighbor?" My son said the guy approached him to score drugs and got ticked off when my son told him he didn't do that stuff. My son later found out from a couple of his friends that this "good neighbor" called in an anonymous tip to get even, but we were never able to prove it.
P*ssed off?? You bet your a__ I was p*ssed off.
So, consider this the next time you post this tripe.

I believe it is true. There is a little thing called Racial Profiling if you were at shallow you did not notice it exists. Teenage and Young Adult Latino and Black Men are most affected by it. That is a fact.

I'm sure there are wrongly convicted African-Americans, but there are wrongly convicted white Americans too. And DNA testing is freeing a lot of those who were wrongly convicted.

Did you know there's also white men who are innocent in jail? And white women, and hispanic men, and hispanic women, and asian men and women... It's not just black people who get framed... even if they feel that way.
