I've been contacted by other people that have been victims of this eBay seller and I am collating information to hopefully get some justice for I believe a large number of people. Adam C Dovey is known to have lived in Brighton in England and has conned a number of people into paying large amounts of money into his bank account. The UK times did an expose on shilling from England. I have a link to the article. You can see if is the same seller.
If you suspect you are a victim of fraud, contact ebay and get them to investigate it. If they will not, then contact the writer of the article and see what they can tell you regarding fraud laws overseas.

use paypal, free $1000 insurance, credit your account within a week or two. at least they have me in my experiences....
